All expedited shipments are sent via FedEx. Orders must be placed by 11 am US Pacific Time to be processed on the same business day. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays or Holidays. Expedited shipping methods are not available to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii or Alaska. In rural areas, FedEx 2-Day and Next Business Day Service may not be available. In such cases, please allow for 3-4 additional business days for delivery. Contact Customer Care at 877.887.PEEK to confirm availability of expedited delivery to your area.
STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
Peek Kids uses FedEx for all standard domestic shipments; for this reason, we cannot accept addresses with PO boxes.
HAWAII / ALASKA
Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii generally take 5-7 days, although some remote areas can take a bit longer. Sorry, we cannot offer expedited shipping to these locations.
APO / FPO
We ship to military and diplomatic addresses via international shipping. Please use the International Checkout button when ready to place an order that ships to an APO or FPO address.
Peekkids.com offers international shopping through our partnership with global e-commerce provider International Checkout. Simply put the items you wish to purchase in the Shopping Bag and choose the “International Checkout” option. By placing an international order, you acknowledge that your transaction will be with International Checkout.
International customers may pay by International credit card, Paypal or bank transfer. Please note that International Checkout coordinates your PeekKids.com order and is responsible for all billing, shipping, tracking and customer service issues related to your international order.
If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please use our International Checkout when ready to place an order. Please note, expedited shipping to these addresses may not be available.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to international destinations. International orders are not eligible for free returns.

International shipping is currently available WORLDWIDE from Peek Kids. Our third party vendor, International Checkout, will ship to all destinations around the world including APO/FPO addresses.

WHERE WE COLLECT SALES TAX
We collect state sales tax on orders shipped to the following states: Arizona, California, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, Texas, Utah and Washington. This list is subject to change as we open new locations.
Sales tax is estimated at the time an order is placed and a final calculation of the actual sales tax will be reflected on your order confirmation email and packing slip.
