All expedited shipments are sent via UPS. Orders must be placed by 11 am US Pacific Time to be processed on the same business day. Delivery time does not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays. Expedited shipping methods are not available to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, Hawaii, or Alaska. In rural areas, UPS Two and Next Business Day Service may not be available. In such cases, please allow for 3-4 additional business days for delivery. Contact Customer Care at 877.887.PEEK to confirm availability of expedited delivery to your area.
STANDARD GROUND SHIPPING
Peek uses UPS for all standard domestic shipments, for this reason we cannot accept addresses with P.O. boxes.
Orders shipped to Alaska, and Hawaii generally take 5-7 days, although some remote areas can take a bit longer. Sorry, we cannot offer expedited shipping to these locations.
We ship to military and diplomatic addresses via USPS. Transit times vary based on location - domestic shipments generally take about 4-7 business days, International shipments about 7-10 days. Standard shipping rates apply.
Peekkids.com is excited to offer international shopping through our partnership with global e-commerce provider International Checkout. If you are shipping to an APO/FPO address, please proceed with U.S. shipping.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer free shipping to international destinations. International orders are not eligible for free returns.
