FREE RETURNS & Easy Exchange POLICY
Your total satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are unhappy with an item you have purchased, please return it within 30 days of the date of invoice. We will gladly exchange your product or refund you in the original form of payment.
HOLIDAY PURCHASES. All Holiday gifts purchased as of Thursday November 1, 2012 will be eligible for exchange through Thursday, January 31, 2013. Items returned with a gift receipt, after 30 days from invoice are eligible for exchange or store credit for the original purchase amount.
PLEASE NOTE: All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached, with a copy of the invoice and the reason for return included.
FINAL SALE Merchandise is merchandise that is purchased at 50% off or higher from the original price. All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted either online or in our retail stores.
SALE Merchandise is merchandise that is purchased below 50% off from the original price. Sale merchandise can be exchanged for another item or store credit only.

Purchases made at a Peek... Aren’t You Curious retail store must be returned in one of our store locations. We are only able to accept returns and exchanges for purchases made online.
Gift Cards: Returns or exchanges cannot be accepted.

If for any reason you are not satisfied with any of the items, return the unwanted item(s) using the enclosed return shipping label at no additional cost. Simply pack the item(s) you are returning and attach the enclosed label, then drop your package at any UPS shipping facility.
If you would prefer to send it back to us using an alternative method, you may send it to us at the address below. Upon receipt of your package, we will exchange or refund your purchase. Our return address is:

2. RETURN TO ONE OF OUR STORES
Simply bring your shipping invoice, plus a copy of your order confirmation to make a return or exchange. Important: we need the confirmation to ensure that you are credited the proper amount for your merchandise. Visit any one of our Peek... Aren’t You Curious stores. Please note: returns will only be taken at Peek... Aren't You Curious stores; merchandise cannot be returned at any other retail stores that may carry our products.
PLEASE NOTE: All accessories must be returned or exchanged through PeekKids.com and will not be accepted in our retail stores.

For the fastest service; simply place a new order online or by phone at 877-887-7335. We'll ship your new item right away. We'll need to charge you the purchase price, but once we receive your return, we'll credit you for the cost of the original item. You may use the enclosed return shipping label at no additional cost. Returned items for exchange will be credited to the original form of payment. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of exchange processing.
If you're exchanging an item because of a mistake on the part of PeekKids.com or because of quality issues, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you, simply call Customer Service at 877-887-7335. The replacement order will be sent via Standard Ground Delivery.
