Returns + Exchange Policy


Your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are unhappy with an item you purchased from Peek Kids, please return it within 30 days of the date on your receipt or invoice. We will gladly exchange your item(s) or refund you in the original form of payment.

You can make a return at any Peek Kids store or through the mail.

    Please note:
  • All products must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unwashed with tags still attached.
  • Final Sale merchandise is merchandise purchased at a discount greater than 50% from the original purchase and is NOT eligible for return or exchange either in stores or online.
  • A copy of the invoice and the reason for the return needs to be included so we have information to process the exchange / return.
  • Return shipping is free with the return label that came with your order (call 877.887.7335 if you did not receive a return label). International orders, including those sent to APO/FPO addresses, are not eligible for free returns.
  • You can reuse the Peek mailer for your return.
  • Drop off at any UPS shipping facility.


The fastest way to make an exchange is to simply place a new order online or by phone at 877.887.7335 and return the item(s) you don’t want. We will need to charge you for your new item and will ship it to you right away. Once we receive the item you are returning, we will immediately credit you for the cost of the original item to the original form of payment. You may use the enclosed return shipping label at no additional cost.

If you are exchanging an item due to a mistake on the part of or because of a quality issue, we will pay the shipping cost to send a replacement item to you. Simply contact customer service at 877.887.7335. The replacement order will be sent via UPS Standard Ground.


All GIFT returns are eligible for online store credit within 60 days of purchase. (We do not keep credit card information on hand so do not have the giver’s information on file to issue a refund.) Please complete the form included with your order to indicate you are returning a gift and that you want credit. Give us your email address so we can send you a credit code that you can use to place an online order. Refunds will be issued for the purchase amount only.


If an item you purchased is marked down, you are eligible for a price adjustment within 10 days of your purchase. This does not include Final Sale items, which are 50% or more off the original price. Call or email Customer Support (customercare at to receive your price adjustment.
