Customer Care Representative

Our Customer Care Representative’s primary responsibility is communicating with our diverse customer base on the phone, and via e-mail.  They are responsible for answering incoming calls from customers regarding orders and questions and other clerical tasks in order to allow our company to function more efficiently.  S/he must have (or be able to quickly develop) an extensive knowledge of our product line in order to complete these tasks.

  • Provide customers with product and general order information
  • Provide assistance with processing orders and customizing designs
  • Identify and escalate priority issues that need immediate attention
  • Provide purchasing suggestions to customers that illustrates expertise and passion for the company and its products.
  • Recommend ways in which the company can improve the customer experience.


  • Minimum 1-3 years of customer service experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Experience with one or several methods of customer interactions (phone, email, chat, etc.)
  • Associate's degree or higher required
  • Internet savvy – shops online and is familiar with internet/e-commerce
  • Basic computer proficiencies

Preferred experience:

  • Experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with children’s apparel and gift products
  • Experience servicing an e-commerce or luxury product customer base
