Our Customer Care Representative’s primary responsibility is communicating with our diverse customer base on the phone, and via e-mail. They are responsible for answering incoming calls from customers regarding orders and questions and other clerical tasks in order to allow our company to function more efficiently. S/he must have (or be able to quickly develop) an extensive knowledge of our product line in order to complete these tasks.
