Position Title: Retail Store Construction Manager
Reports to: General Manager
Location: San Francisco
Position Summary: Provide leadership and coordination of new and re-habilitation projects from initial budgeting through closeout, including contractual and specification documentation compliance, advising on constructability issues, setting quality standards, managing team collaboration, and meeting or exceeding the project’s objectives. Provide training and direction to direct reports. Contribute to Peek’s culture, mission and values through thought leadership and actions. The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and project management skills as well as the ability to balance multiple projects and priorities while taking a leading role in completing projects on time and on budget.
